On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the EarthSea Foundation collaborated with faculty members and students from the College of Digital Innovation Technology, Rangsit University, to test the Side Scan Sonar for marine ecosystem research in the waters of Samae San, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity aims to inspect shipwrecks, rock formations, and assess the quality of the marine environment using Side Scan Sonar technology. This device can generate detailed acoustic images of the seafloor, enabling researchers to analyze and accurately map the underwater ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u6b21\u6d3b\u52a8\u65e8\u5728\u5229\u7528\u4fa7\u626b\u58f0\u5450\u6280\u672f\u68c0\u67e5\u6c89\u8239\u3001\u5ca9\u5c42\uff0c\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u5907\u80fd\u591f\u751f\u6210\u6d77\u5e95\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u58f0\u5b66\u56fe\u50cf\uff0c\u4f7f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u80fd\u591f\u5206\u6790\u548c\u7cbe\u51c6\u7ed8\u5236\u6c34\u4e0b\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u5730\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this test, we had the honor of being joined by Professor Ma He, who participated in the equipment testing aboard the vessel alongside faculty members and students. They conducted fieldwork to collect data and explore ways to apply technology in the conservation and restoration of marine resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
