On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, the EarthSea Foundation collaborated with faculty members and students from the College of Digital Innovation Technology, Rangsit University, and Professor Ma He, an expert in Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), to hold an academic conference on the development and application of AUVs in marine research.
2025年2月19日星期三，地球海洋基金会与兰实大学数字创新技术学院的教师和学生，以及自主水下航行器（AUV）专家马何教授合作，举办了一场关于AUV在海洋研究中发展与应用的学术会议。
การประชุมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่ การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี AUV การประยุกต์ใช้ในงานสำรวจใต้ทะเล และแนวทางในการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถรองรับการใช้งานในภารกิจด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการนำเทคโนโลยี AUV มาสนับสนุนงานวิจัยทางทะเลของประเทศไทย โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างนักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และนักศึกษา จะช่วยเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศทางทะเลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
This conference focused on the exchange of knowledge regarding AUV technology, its application in underwater exploration, and the development of equipment to support marine resource conservation missions. It marked a significant step in integrating AUV technology to support marine research in Thailand. Collaboration between academics, experts, and students will help enhance knowledge and innovation, which can be further developed for the effective conservation and restoration of marine ecosystems.
本次会议重点关注自主水下航行器（AUV）技术的知识交流、其在水下探索中的应用，以及支持海洋资源保护任务的设备开发。这标志着AUV技术在支持泰国海洋研究方面迈出了重要一步。学者、专家和学生之间的合作将有助于提升知识和创新，并进一步推动有效的海洋生态系统保护与修复。
